COMMA LAUNCHES ONLINE TRAINING ACADEMY

22 July 2013: Comma, the oil and chemicals specialist, has today announced the launch of its online training academy, offering its distributors and their customers the opportunity to enhance their product and industry knowledge, to help provide superior service to their respective customers.

The training academy, which comes in module form, is available in seven languages.

Initially, there is a module on Passenger Vehicle engine oil but further modules will be launched covering the latest fluid technology areas. The modules provide product-specific information on areas such as viscosity and specifications, as well as general information on subjects such as engine design and environmental legislation.

The aim of these modules is to provide an easy-to-understand training and information source that is both interactive and engaging for workshops and distributor staff in customer-facing roles.

Mike Bewsey, spokesman for Comma, said: "We want to provide useful content to help distributors and workshops best advise their customers, expanding their own knowledge of the industry and offering the best possible service to their customers."

The module should not take longer than 20 minutes to complete. You can go back and complete the training as many times as you like.

All of the modules will be available in the following languages: Dutch, English, Norwegian, Polish, Romanian, Russian and Turkish.
